Synopsis

Inomata stars as the leading role in the Babysitter's Club retelling of Snow White.

Long Summary

The chairwoman, playing the queen, asks the magic mirror, Saikawa, who is the fairest of them all. Saikawa responds that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but he can reveal his personal preferences if she wishes. The chairwoman becomes upset, so Ryuuichi, the hunter, decides to step in so that the story can move forward. He tells the chairwoman to ask something that she wants to know the answer to, rather than asking a question that she is forced to ask. The chairwoman asks who is the most adept at studying, to which Saikawa replies that Snow White, who is played by Inomata, is the most studious. Her skin is white as snow because she always stays indoors to study. She respects the school rules, so she keeps her natural black hair undyed. The chairwoman orders Ryuu to take the girl out of the castle immediately.

Inomata asks why she has to follow Ryuu through the forest when she has to study. Ryuu holds her hand, telling her to be careful, but Inomata scolds him for not listening to her. Suddenly, the children jump out of the bushes and onto Ryuu. Usaida also comes out with Midori and asks who the girl he is with is. Inomata asks why there are rude children in the forest, to which Ryuu replies that they are the seven dwarves. Inomata becomes angry, saying that they are not dwarves and that there are only six small children. The children start crying, saying that even though Inomata is a princess, she is a bully. Inomata turns around towards the castle to go back to studying. Ryuu grabs her wrist, saying that if she spends more time with them, they will open up to her. Inomata exclaims that she could never get along with the children. As she tears up, she yanks off her dress, claiming that she could never play the role of the princess. Ryuu decides to chase after her.

Inomata finds Yayoi, the apple seller, who hands her an apple. She is about to take a bite when Kousuke, who looks dazzling in his prince costume, and Hayato, the horse, arrive. Kousuke takes the apple out of her hand, saying that she should at least sit down to eat the apple. Inomata bluntly says that she does not know who he is and demands that he give her back the apple, stunning Kousuke. Hayato looks at his phone and tells Inomata that she should go back to the children, who are crying because they think Inomata went home.

Just then, Kirin's voice can be heard. She and the other children emerge from the bushes. Ryuu counts to three, and the children apologize to Inomata for making her cry. Inomata then starts to cry as well, denying that she was crying before. The chairwoman and Saikawa watch the scene through the mirror. The chairwoman comments that this story is very different from the original, but Saikawa notes that this story has a happy ending.
