Hari Tokeino (時計野 はり Tokeino Hari, born February 21, 1979) is a Japanese shōjo manga artist born in Chiba Prefecture and the creator of the series Gakuen Babysitters (School Babysitters, 2009-present).
Hari Tokeino is a pen name. She says that it means "Hand of the Clock", which is why she draws herself as a clock.[1]

2007 — Hitai ni Mikazuki (The Crescent Moon on Forehead) – one-volume series with two short stories: Gakuen Nanafushigi-kun (School Seven Wonders Boy) and Kirakira Ichibanboshi (First Star Glitter). Published in LaLa DX and LaLa Special.
2009 — Gyakuten Honey (Reversing Me & Honey) – discontinued one-volume series with two short stories: Kirakira Hoshi no Ana (The Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Analyst) and Kimi wa boku no Saboten (You are my Cactus). Published in LaLa DX and LaLa Special.
2012 — Love Log – one-shot
