Kabata Reina is one of Ryuuichi's and Ushimaru's classmates. She is one of the more calm students in Morinomiya Academy.

Kabata has brown hair tied in a ponytail that she wears on the left side of her head.
Personality[]
Like many girls in her class, she feels that Ryuuichi and Hayato are the best-looking male classmates she has. Of the two, she prefers the gentle Ryuuichi. However, she is also aware that attempting to romantically pursue either of them would be for naught, especially considering that Ryuuichi's affection is mainly reserved for his little brother.[1] Kabata does not tend to get flustered or distraught over this reality, unlike other girls in her school. She easily realized that Ushimaru the advanced class's Inomata have it especially bad for Ryuuichi. Kabata feels that the best remedy for heartache is hanging out with friends, so she decided that they should spend more time in each others' company.[2]

Kabata and Ushimaru have known each other for at least as long as they've attended Morinomiya Academy together. They're part of a friend group in their class that speaks about topics like boys. Ushimaru doesn't talk much though, but her reactions on the topic of Ryuu does not escape Reina's notice.[1]
When a love letter was found in Ryuu's locker, Kabata's initial assumption was that Ushimaru had written it and put it there.[2]
